A significant portion of this training is conducted in a real maintenance environment/ on aircraft.
Evaluation
Practical Training Assessment
Each student is to be assessed to a minimum of one assessment. This assessment will verify that the theoretical and practical elements of the training process have been absorbed and understood. It will gauge whether the student has attained a level of competence that enables safe maintenance activities on that aircraft type and will cover Knowledge, Skills and Attitude.
A certificate of recognition will be issued at the end of each course to each student who has satisfactorily completed the course and has passed all the examinations/assessments.
Objectives
